Carin Bratlie - Artistic Director Carin is a freelance director and acting instructor in Minneapolis, MN. She is the Artistic Director of Theatre Pro Rata and has also directed for the Great American History Theater, Theatre Unbound, the Grand Marais Playhouse, Theatre of the Invisible Guests, Heritage Theater Company, and St. Michael's Church. She has assistant directed for the Guthrie Theater (As You Like It, Joe Dowling director), Guthrie Lab (Top Girls), Outward Spiral, and the Great American History Theater. She teaches theater classes at Youth Performance Company, College for Kids, and ISD 622. She has also taught for the Guthrie Schools on Stage program. Carin Leonard-Gorrill - Managing Director Carin grew up in Elkader, IA, and began her life on stage around age 5 or 6. She graduated from Clarke College with a BA in Drama/Speech in 1999 and moved to Minneapolis later that year. She has worked with Theater L'Homme Dieu, Theater in the Round, the Actor's Theater of MN, Ministry of Cultural Warfare, CalibanCo, Pigs Eye Theater, Gremlin Theater, among others, as well as appeared in several local film and commerical projects. Married in 2003, she and Charlie had their daughter, Lila, in 2006. She and Charlie have worked with ProRata since 2004. |

Natalie Novacek - Producing Artistic
Associate Natalie Novacek is freelance director in Minneapolis, MN and the Artistic Director of Swearing Jack Productions, a multi-media feminist collective. She is also a Core Artistic Company Member of 20% Theatre Company Twin Cities. She has worked as a director with Theatre Unbound, 20% Theatre Company Twin Cities, Theatre Limina and the Eden Prairie Players. She has assistant directed at Theatre de la Jeune Lune (Peter and the Wolf, Barbra Berlovitz, director). Natalie was a Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival National Selection Team Directing Fellow and her production of Never Swim Alone by Daniel MacIvor was an invited production at the National XXXVII KC/ACTF. Stephanie Drinkard - Resident Lighting
Designer As Lighting Designer, Stephanie has worked with the Illusion Theater, Theatre Unbound, Theatre Pro Rata, No Refunds Theatre Co., Ronin Theater Co., and the Cromulent Shakespeare Co. She has designed sets for The Stepping Stone Theatre and has taught at Cretin Derham Hall High School. Stephanie also works as a lighting technician at the Guthrie Theater. |

Kris Heding - Resident Graphic Artist Kris Heding is a freelance artist and graphic designer in Minneapolis, MN. She was awarded twice for Artistic Excellence in 1999, and has participated in several art exhibits. She has had her work published in books and magazines, and is currently the resident graphic artist for the official Franz Ferdinand Fan Club. She enjoys designing graphics and artwork for individuals and companies involved in music, theatre and the arts. Kris has worked with Theatre Pro Rata since 2007. |
