Rachel Fly­nn has worked in var­i­ous capac­i­ties on stage and behind the scenes with numer­ous Twin Cities the­ater com­pa­nies over the past twen­ty years. She earned a B.A. in The­atre Arts from the Uni­ver­si­ty of Min­neso­ta, Mor­ris, and an M.A. in Arts and Cul­tur­al Man­age­ment from Saint Mary’s Uni­ver­si­ty of Min­neso­ta. Rachel’s work as an arts admin­is­tra­tor include Children’s The­atre Com­pa­ny (Pub­lic Rela­tions Assoc.), His­to­ry The­atre (Mar­ket­ing Dir.), and Inter­act Cen­ter for the Visu­al and Per­form­ing Arts (Mar­ket­ing and Media Rela­tions) in addi­tion to var­i­ous free­lance projects. Some of her favorite per­for­mance cred­its include Knight of the Burn­ing Pes­tle – The­atre Pro Rata, Almost, Maine – Swan­dive The­atre, Anon – 20% The­atre Com­pa­ny, and Sing to Me Now – Lit­tle Lifeboats; she has also per­formed in 15 pro­duc­tions through­out the 25-year his­to­ry of Min­neso­ta Fringe Fes­ti­val. Rachel is also a com­pa­ny mem­ber of Fresh­wa­ter The­atre and enjoys vol­un­teer­ing with Ruff Start Rescue.
